Welcome to my therapy sessions, where we focus on helping you navigate personal issues while equipping you with effective tools for a brighter tomorrow. Integrating Client-Centered Therapy, Bowenian Therapy and Narrative Therapy, helps tailor therapy to what you specifically need, which sometimes requires us to explore the impact of your generational upbringing to identify current patterns in your life, or focusing on the current struggles that may be impeding on your peace. Together, we will explore how those occurrences are impacting your daily functioning. Gaining this information can empower you to re-author your story by shifting the narrative towards a more positive outlook. Therapy is not a fixing agent that takes away every hurt or pain that has occurred, instead it is a process of change mentally that allows you to release what you can and accept the things you cannot change while still having peace in the process. Therapy is a partnership with you and your therapist that focuses on the goals you have for yourself.
