Welcome to Triple L Effect, where we recognize the struggles of grief and the challenges that come with life. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am here to support you on your journey through life's obstacles. Together, we can discover the positive that can arise from the most difficult moments and develop a meaningful plan for transformation. I'm genuinely passionate about supporting each of you in recognizing the amazing person you are and processing any obstacles that keep you from seeing that amazing person. Together, we'll tackle past hurts and pain, current struggles and future worries, to help guide you towards embracing a version of yourself that you are proud of and love, while validating the emotions tied to each part of your journey thus far. Let's take this journey and uncover hope amid hardships.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have been a fully licensed therapist since 2016. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate degree in Marital and Family Therapy, while also working under the supervision of an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. This allows me the opportunity to collaborate with future therapists, counseling students, and colleagues seeking consultation or supervision. My experience spans a wide range of populations and diagnoses, including children in the school system, families, couples, and those dealing with, anxiety, PTSD, low self-esteem, and various other challenges. Additionally, I have extensive training in perinatal care and Black maternal health. As your future therapist, my top priority is to create a comfortable environment where you will feel empowered to face any obstacle that may stand in the way of your destiny. You deserve happiness and peace, and it's essential to give yourself permission to receive it.
